2016 Quarterly Dues

This is just a friendly reminder that the 2016 first quarter dues are due January 1, 2016.  Our dues are now set at $400 a quarter.  If you have not already done so, you should update the payment amount with your bank or through SmartStreet.

Our management company, Gates Hudson Community Management, offers the option of using ACH transfer of funds for paying the dues.  You will need to complete the ACH Payment Authorization Form that can be found using the following link: http://gateshudson.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/GH-Direct-Debit-Form.pdf.  Please keep in mind that the ACH process will not take effect until the second quarter dues payment.  You will still need to pay the first quarter assessment as you normally would.

Using the ACH payment process is the recommended process for paying your dues.  This will ensure timely payment of your dues and should our quarterly dues amount change in the future, you will not need to resubmit a form.  The update will occur automatically.

  1. We pay our Dues directly through an ACH with our bank.

When the request comes from the management company it is paid.

Any increases are paid automatically. Do you mean if you are know starting a new ACH that it will take until the 2nd. Quarter in order to be activated?

I would like to have clarification.

Also want to thank the Board for all their volunteer work on behalf of the community.

    • Yes, if you begin a new ACH through GHA it will not take effect until the April 1st payment. This is because it will take time for the paperwork to be processed. Considering you have ACH through your bank, you are ok. For those who use bill pay, they will need to update the amount every time that our dues amount changes.
