Dear Harpers Square Cluster Residents,
As a reminder, please remove your empty trash and recycle bins from the parking lots no later than Friday night after the trash is picked up in the morning. If you happen to see some left over trash that didn’t make it onto the garbage trucks, even if it’s not yours, please pick it up. This is our community, our home, our planet and we have to take care of it on Earth Day and every other day of the year.
If you are not going to be home, please arrange for a neighbor to pick up your bins for you. Don’t let them sit in the parking lot. No one likes looking at your bins for several days. Due to numerous complaints, the Board will be permanently removing bins left out past Friday night.
Also, if you have contractors working on your house please make sure they do not leave any trash in the grass. There was an incident where our landscaper ran over some construction debris left in the grass with a lawnmower, which sent it flying and almost injuring someone.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation and happy upcoming Earth Day!
