The Board meets during the months of September through May, and holds an annual board meeting the first Saturday of November. The monthly board meetings are open to all homeowners, and homeowners are welcome to attend.
A quorum of homeowners are required for the annual board meeting, as the annual budget gets approved, and decisions made on major initiatives like landscaping, parking lot maintenance, reserve fund needs, and the impact of all these initiatives on the quarterly maintenance dues.
